My full name is Marc-Mihai Dimancescu, but most people call me Marc or MM!

I’m passionate about helping individuals discover their true potential, whether it’s in their personal life or business. Originally from New York City, I’ve lived in France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Spain, with a special love for France. I now split my time between Switzerland and France, where my daughter lives.

With 28 years of experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal development, I’ve had the privilege of working in both large and small companies, in team and leadership roles. From a young age, I’ve always loved coaching friends and colleagues, especially those with small businesses. Over time, I discovered my true calling as a coach, starting through my work as a workshop facilitator and later as a manager and leader. One thing that’s always driven me is helping people and businesses get "unstuck" and start growing again.

Six years ago, after going through a series of personal challenges, I embarked on my own self-discovery journey. I explored various tools from meditation and energy work to Human Design to psychological techniques like NLP and CBT (and yes, I did do a couple Tony Robbins programs), as well as DNA analysis and interpretation. This journey has helped me heal, uncover my true purpose, and ignite my passion for coaching others.

Now, after years of coaching “on the side”, learning and hands-on experience, I’m bringing everything I’ve learned together at mmdcoach.com, and I’m excited to be part of your growth and transformation.

A little more about my background:

I’m a certified Expert Coach, a Qi-Gong instructor in-training, and an award-winning marketer. I am also a functional genomics coach in-training under Kashif Khan, which deals with dna analysis and interpretation to optimise health. I studied and graduated from Johns Hopkins, Sciences-Po, HEC, and INSEAD. In my spare time, I am teaching myself to play Spanish guitar and I practice a form of Aikido called Kinomichi.
In addition to English, I am bilingual in French and conversant in Spanish.
